Rice, rich in carbohydrates, was a staple, alongside protein-packed lentil stews and vibrant vegetable curries, ensuring a balanced diet. Fruit, when available, offered essential vitamins. Every day, around a hundred warm plates were lovingly packed and distributed, a small act of care nourishing both body and hope in the hearts of those who needed it most throughout the month.
